Sycamore Hall Care Home, Ripon, provide a high standard of dementia and nursing residential care for up to 60 residents. They are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join their team. As a Care Home that prides themselves on their ability to provide person-centred high quality care, they are seeking people who share this passion and commitment to delivering excellent care.

As a Care Assistant, every day is different as your work revolves around the people you’re helping. You’ll be assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. Care does require hard work and commitment, but it’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Make a difference to someone’s life, Make Care Matter.

No experience is necessary as full training and support will be given to candidates that can show a genuine interest and compassion. Day and night shifts available, paid at a rate of £8.25 per hour.
