Hilltop Manor Care are a small residential care home, personalised care is at the heart of what we do, helping our clients feel at home by providing the care and support needed to live a more independent lifestyle. We understand that no two residents have the same requirements, so our compassionate, qualified and experienced team of dedicated carers ensure that each person receives care that’s tailored to their unique needs, personality and wishes.

We are now looking for a health care assistant to join the team, initially on a part-time basis, working 2 nights per week between 10pm and 8am on a rolling Rota and will including the need for alternate weekend working. As a health care assistant you will be required to deliver person centered care, respecting the privacy and dignity of the residents at all times.

No experience is required as full training will be provided along with ongoing support, you’ll need a passion for care, be a team player, and have good communication skills with a flexible approach to help cover sickness absence and holidays.
