Become a care worker, supporting people to live a full and independent lifestyle as possible, in the comfort of their own home, enhancing their quality of life allowing them to continue with their interests and hobbies whatever they may be.

No experience required, fully paid accredited care certificate training provided prior to working in the community, mentor shifts prior to working alone, work mobile phone provided, uniform provided, all PPE Provided. With on-going training and support to further develop in your career, along with opportunities to progress to team leader/ senior carer.

Our care work consists of shifts starting as early as 7am through to 3pm. Evening shifts begin from around 3pm up until 11pm.  All new job applicants are required to work over a weekend on an alternate weekend basis. Offering competitive rates of pay plus travel supplement, with increment for weekend working.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Assist clients with personal care such as dressing/undressing, bathing and incontinence care.
  • Assist those with hearing/sight/mobility difficulties with the use of aids and personal equipment.
  • Encourage physical and mental activities of clients through talking to them, acting as escort and sharing activities such as reading, writing, shopping and any hobbies, when requested to do so.
  • Make/change beds, tidy rooms, undertake domestic tasks as required e.g. washing up, clothes laundering, hoovering.
  • Prepare and serve meals, assist clients at meal times as required and wash up utensils
  • What you’ll need: 
  • Driving licence and use of vehicle.
  • Have a caring nature, reliable and flexible approach to shifts worked
  • Be prepared to work in different areas to carry out care visits.
  • Be adaptable – we may need to change your rota at short notice to cover absence.
  • Contribute to the protection of vulnerable adults from abuse.
  • Read and write reports in clients Comments Sheets, ensuring all comments are clear, concise and factual.
