Do you want the opportunity to learn whilst you earn?

We have some fantastic new opportunities in Harrogate based at two different locations supporting adults with a variety of challenging behaviours including autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and neurological conditions. We are seeking people with compassion, dedication and an excellent work ethic to join these teams working hard to support service users to live and independently as possible.

No prior experience is necessary as you will be provided will all training, including funded NVQs in Health and Social Care so you can learn whilst you earn. If you do have any personal experiences supporting people with complex and challenging behaviours then please include this on your CV.

We are looking for people who can work flexible hours, as these services provide 24/7 support and we can offer full time (37.5 hours), part time (16 hours), waking nights (30 hours over 3 nights) or bank positions where you have the flexibility to pick up hours at suit you.
