As a Support Worker, you will promote dignified and respectful care to ensure our care users can lead fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, every day really will be different, this is not your usual care job. You will work to Support people with a learning disability to enable them to live independent and fulfilling lives. Personal care is a very small element of a Support Workers duties, and amongst other tasks, you could be supporting someone to take their first flight on a plane, climb a mountain or choose their own clothes on a shopping trip.

You will play an important role in supporting people to achieve the things that matter to them. The Wilf Ward Family Trust understands that their care users are their first and main priority and they are looking for individuals who feel passionately about delivering outstanding care. It is clear that the hard work and commitment of the staff is noticed. Care users have stated that "I love all the staff", "They take such good care of me. Currently there are 3 positions available:

- Support Worker - 30 Hours(12 month Contract) £8.45 per hour
- Female Support Worker - 24 hours per week £8.45 per hour
- Waking Nights Support Worker - 5 x 10.5 hour shifts every 4 weeks

A driving licence is a requirement for these roles.
