Continued Care is a family owned and run business, due to continued growth and a growing client base we are now recruiting care assistants to work in Thirsk and the surrounding villages, providing support to people requiring care, enabling them to live as independently as possible and remain living within their own homes. The role includes proving assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and supporting client to access the local community.

They are proud of the services they provide and are seeking people that have a passion to provide outstanding care to join the team and enable them to provide care for even more people in need.

Previous experience is not essential, it is the person that counts but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential. Continued Care will provide you with a full induction to equip you with the knowledge needed to provide outstanding care to their clients. CQC have noted, “There was a particularly strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Staff had exceptional management support for example through a dedicated induction team and a staff welfare and engagement support service.” As a company they are committed to developing your knowledge and skills and encourage you to pursue a QCF (NVQ) Level 2 and 3 in Care, and are passionate about developing your career.
