Deansfield Court is registered to provide personal care to older people who may also be living with dementia, a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder, mental health needs, a physical disability or sensory impairment.
Part of a small, dedicated team, your role will be to deliver short term, personal care to vulnerable people in their own homes and Deansfield Court Extra Care Housing helping them to regain and maximise their independence. As well as helping with tasks such as washing and dressing, you’ll keep your manager informed of individual progress so on-going needs can be assessed.
