The Gatehouse has a clear vision;  to promote independence, dignity and individuality for all in their care and are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to help them achieve these.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will report to the home manager. The Senior Care Assistant will lead by example, promote the delivery of person-centred care, lead shifts, mentor and supervise Care Assistants ensuring the Residents receive the highest standards of care. They are seeking someone who prioritises kindness above all else and is a great team player. 

Previous care experience is essential for this role.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to join a team of skilled and dedicated staff where you will be supported throughout your role and offered various opportunities to further develop your skills and knowledge.
