Care and Support Worker

Location: Montpellier Care Company- Harrogate, Boroughbridge and Ripon. 

Salary: £13.66- £15.86 per hour (Paid Travel Time and Mileage) 

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/ Working Pattern: Part Time (16 to 20 hours per week)

*Full UK Drivers Licence is required*

Montpellier Care Company are looking for care and support
workers who are enthusiastic about supporting individuals with complex needs,
to join their small team in the Harrogate and district area. They work
predominantly with individuals with complex needs, including mental health
needs, learning disability, autism and physical needs. They tend to provide
longer calls (between 2-5 hrs sessions) which allows workers and service users
to really get to know each other. They also provide respite care in people’s
home, 24 hour support, and night calls.

No previous experience is required; however, experience
supporting individuals with autism or mental health needs, or a willingness to
learn, would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for this
role.
