Positive Behaviour Support Worker

Location: Scarborough, Partners In Care Yorkshire

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Partners in Care are developing a specialist support team for an individual with an
acquired brain injury living within the community who requires a highly
consistent, psychologically informed approach to support.

The successful candidate will support the individual to
maintain independence and quality of life while helping to reduce distress,
conflict, and instability through calm, professional, and consistent
approaches.

This is a specialist position requiring emotional
intelligence and resilience, professional boundaries, reflective practice, and the ability to
work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
