Care and Support Worker

Salary: £13.47 to £14.13 per hour, plus £30 for each weekend shift worked

Grade: E

Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months

Hours: Part Time 30 hours per week on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday

Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Milestone House is looking for a Care Professional to join a small team on a fixed term basis for 6 months. Providing quality short breaks for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. We have recently achieved enhanced Autism Accreditation status. You will need to be committed to providing a high quality of personal care alongside a range of leisure activities focussing on a personalised approach. Full induction and training for the role will be provided

You don’t need to have previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications – we would be delighted to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

You will be supported by us to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities, promoting independence along the way.
