We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team and help enrich the lives of those we support. Valley Road is a Day Service that offers support over five days Monday to Friday. Providing daytime support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex care needs.

 

What You’ll Do

·       Support individuals to explore their strengths and achieve personal goals

·       Encourage independence and community involvement

·       Facilitate access to local facilities and activities

·       Lead and participate in centre-based activities including:

·       Arts & crafts, Music, Cooking and Gardening

·       Provide respectful, person-centred personal care

·       Use equipment to assist with safe transfers

·       Always uphold the wishes and dignity of the individuals you support
