Care Assistant

Location: The Care and Support Group, Harrogate

Salary: £14.20  per hour 

Contract: Permanent 

Hours: Full Time/ Part Time

 

Shift Patterns: 7am–2pm & 4pm–10pm

We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our dedicated team providing high-quality domiciliary and home care services across Knaresborough, Harrogate, and Ripon.

About the Role:

You will be supporting service users who require assistance with daily living activities.

Your role will be vital in helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Mobility support and safe use of aids
• Companionship and respite for family members
• Practical home support: cleaning, laundry, shopping
• Reporting any changes in service users’ circumstances
• Adhering to company policies and care standards
• Participating in training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

-Compassionate and reliable individuals

-Experience in care (preferred but not essential for Care Assistant roles)

-A valid UK driving licence (preferred)

-Willingness to work flexible shifts
