We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to help provide high‑quality care to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, or those who may be vulnerable due to age or personal circumstances. You will work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure every person we support receives exceptional, person‑centred care.


What You’ll Do

  • Support individuals with personal care needs
  • Promote well-being by helping clients socialise and engage with their community
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication
  • Help with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour to a supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
  • Uphold dignity, respect, and individual rights at all times
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care records

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible, adaptable approach
  • Calm under pressure and confident handling challenging situations
  • Commitment to confidentiality and high‑quality care
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
