Community Support Worker – Various Hours Available

We are recruiting urgently for carers to join our care team in the
Harrogate & District area. We need individuals who are passionate about helping others, who are
reliable and capable of working on their own initiative. You don’t need to have experience working as a carer, as full training and support will be given, but you will need a can-do attitude, compassionate approach and flexibility to work some weekends.
You will also need access to your vehicle for business use and a full driving license, though we will also welcome
bicycle riders and walkers.
This role is varied and can include assisting with personal care, domestic duties, administration of
medication and assisting with shopping.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, who are
reliable and capable of working on their own initiative.
You will be required to work a flexible rota system which includes a combination of day and night shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays, with the
earliest
start time being 6:45am and the latest 10:15pm.
The role will involve:
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Providing friendly company
- Preparing healthy meals
- Light housework and laundry
- Social activities for the client
