Homecare Assistant – Safe Hands Homecare, Scarborough and Pickering

• Hours: Early 7am to 2:30 pm, late 2pm to 10pm (can be flexible)

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Safe Hands Homecare, a growing organisation with currently approximately 25 employees in Scarborough and 5 in Pickering. They are looking for a care assistant to join their team so if you have a caring nature and are able to work on your own initiative then this is an opportunity for you. 

Job Description

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities. Safe Hands Homecare aim to treat their clients the way they would want their own family members to be treated, to that end they use a holistic approach to care, ensuring that the wishes and preferences of their clients are paramount in their practice.

Qualifications in care are not essential as Safe Hands Homecare will offer the right candidate full training. They also offer employee benefits such as bonuses, an award scheme and pension.

Due to the mobile nature of this role, the successful candidate will preferably hold a valid Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle.
