Firstpoint Homecare are looking for a caring, customer focused and sympathetic person to join their team!

 

At Firstpoint Home care, they enable those who want to stay at home to do so safely, happily and as independently as possible. Our team provide an essential practical and social lifeline to those clients who use our service.

 

Firstpoint Homecare offers a flexible service that works to develop a personalised package of care to suit the individual client’s needs. This can range from one call per week for shopping or domestic duties to daily visits to a full 24 hour live in care package.

The Role:

The role of Care Assistant will be delivering personal and practical care to our clients, usually in their own homes, encouraging their independence to an optimum level. The Care Assistant will also be required to complete documentation and to attend training and meetings.

Assisting Clients with all aspects of their personal care;

Assisting Clients with all aspects of medication;

Assist Clients with all aspects of their meal preparation and general housekeeping;

Providing companionship

Supporting Clients in the use of aids and personal equipment;

Supporting Clients with home management and helping in the promotion of clients mental and physical activities.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be mobile
