We are a family run business established in 2002 and based in Leyburn, North Yorkshire recruiting hourly care workers. We are CQC registered and at our last audit we were rated ‘Good’. The Job
We have a number of employed carer / support worker roles available with hours from 16 to 30 per week depending on your availability. Our busiest time is 7-10am and anyone applying must be able to work these hours as a minimum. You will be building positive relationships with vulnerable adults, enhancing their independence and improving their quality of life. All our services are delivered in our Customer’s homes.
We Can Offer You
● £14.50 per hour basic, plus overtime at £15.50 per hour
● £0.25p per mile mileage allowance (the balance of £0.20p can be claimed via your tax return)
● Guaranteed contracted hours – plus overtime if you want it
● 2 days a week off (including alternate weekends)

● With the ability to build positive professional relationships with Customers and colleagues in a team.
● Who holds a full driving licence and who ideally has access to a car every day
● Who can offer consistent, reliable and friendly support with attention to detail.
● Who is able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
● Who has good judgement and a sense of responsibility, needing limited supervision.
● Who has good communication skills and likes other people.
● With experience of working with vulnerable older people, if you don’t have this but you think you would be an amazing carer then we still want to hear from you!
