Full time – 37.5 hours on a rolling rota

The Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity formed of ten communities and services in England, offering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other additional needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an environment of mutual care and respect.

We provide a full induction and will support you to obtain the Care Certificate when you first join us. We will also help you to obtain further professional qualifications later if you want to do so.

The role involves:

Working on a rota, include working shifts which cover both daytime, evenings and some weekends as well as bank holidays and sleeping over on some nights.
